Is the club running - almost certainly yes!
If the school is open - we will expect to run the club.
Please make sure that:
- your children have appropriate clothes for the walk. (Important at any time!)
- you are at the club in time to pick them up. If you are unavoidably delayed, make sure you keep in touch with the club - put the club number in your phone if it isn't there already.
If there is an exceptional reason that the club can't run we will of course inform parents of children due to use the club as soon as is possible - please make sure we have your mobile number.
If school is closed
We are looking at ways in which we can run some sort of provision if school is closed - a "snow day club". This will be dependent on a number of things:
- how bad the weather has been
- staff availability
- hall availability
If we do need to run a "snow day club":
- places will be allocated to registered club members on a first come first served basis
- we will have sixteen places available. You will need to ring the club after 8am to book a place
- the club will run restricted hours - most probably 8.30 to 3.30pm.
- all children will need a packed lunch and plenty of snacks.
- make sure children bring a change of clothes and plenty of warmth
- the cost will be £15 per child per day.
